I’m going to try to brew this week, since I haven’t had a chance to brew yet this summer. This will be an all-grain version of an extract recipe I created a while ago. Here’s the recipe:

14-B American IPA

Ingredients:
6.0 lb Cargill Special Pale
6.0 lb 2-Row Brewers Malt
1.5 lb Crystal Malt 40°L
2.0 oz Perle (8.2%) - added during boil, boiled 60.0 min
0.5 oz Northern Brewer (8.0%) - added during boil, boiled 10.0 min
1.0 oz Cascade (5.5%) - added during boil, boiled 5.0 min
1.0 oz Perle (8.2%) - steeped after boil
1.0 ea WYeast 1056 American Ale
Note: Apparently Cargill Special Pale is not available retail. I guess I’ll have to try something else.
