Did Cheney Lie?

A friend of mine sent me this link. While there is obviously a bias, it describes one more bit of evidence of unanswered or improperly answered questions about 9/11. I avoid conspiracy theories as much as possible, but the more I read about the alleged lies and half-truths surrounding the 9/11 attacks, the more I wonder if there isn’t some sort of cover-up at the highest levels of the current administration. The one thing I do know for sure is that this administration has never been fully honest with American people about 9/11 or the war, and it’s evidence like this that reinforces that point of view.
