Pumpkin Head Ale Could Be Better

Last night at Thanksgiving dinner I cracked open the first of my Pumpkin Head Ales. I have to say it was most…adequate. Not bad to be sure, but not what I expected. It needs more body. It starts off with a great pumpkin flavor, but finishes sort of watery. Still, I will brew it again, but next time I’ll add a pound or so more malt.
