Man, I Need to Brew

I just realized, as I sit here surfing the web and packing up the remainder of the home office, that it has been almost a year since I have brewed beer. I did make an attempt at some quasi-acceptable hard cider in January, but beer, nice delicious pale ale, has been long in coming. As soon as I am settled into our new house, I am going to brew a delicious beer. I think I’ll try a Steam beer, or California Common - ale brewed with lager yeast. I will dedicate it to our new house and a renewed passion for brewing.
Jeez. Now I’m all excited. I need to start planning my ingredients.
